Ethical Conduct

DSG is a Trading Fund of the Ministry of Defence and governed by the MoD's Statement of Civilian Personnel Policy, Standards of Conduct and Behaviour.

As civil servants, DSG employees are servants of the Crown.  The Civil Service requires high standards of personal honesty and integrity from all its staff.  The nature of the relationship between the Crown and civil servants means that, as civil servants, DSG employees must not behave in a way that brings discredit to the Crown.
